Donation Request Application

• Your organization must:
• Be an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit. You will be required to attach your organization's 501(c)(3) IRS determination letter to your request.
• Include your nonprofit organization's Employer Identification Number. If using a group number/registration, please provide the parent organization’s EIN.
• Applications that do not include the IRS determination letter and the Employer Identification Number will be auto-declined.
• Your application must be received at least 60 days in advance of your requested event date.

Please note that Grit & Grace requires 60 days of advance notice to properly evaluate and process all requests. If your request is approved, we will contact you in the month prior to your event to finalize the details.

1. To ensure that your organization and/or event is eligible for consideration, please read the above guidelines about the types of donations Grit & Grace provides and our requirements.
2. Make sure you have your 501(c)(3) letter available. You will need to submit it during the application process.
3. Make sure you have a valid email address. You will need one during the application process.
4. Follow the steps below:

• Complete the online application and submit to our office at least 60 days in advance of your requested event date.
• Please have a copy of your official IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter saved to your computer so it can be uploaded during the online application. This is required for consideration and to confirm the nonprofit organization's 501(c)(3) status. File formats accepted: .doc, .docs, .docx, .pdf.
